Lease by George Farrewell of Hillbyshopps (Somers.), esq., to John Cary of the city of London, esq., of a moiety of the manor of Mynster in the Isle of Thanett (Kent), for the term of 98 years at an annual rent of £144; which moiety that said John Cary by his indenture of even date bargained and sold to the said George Farrewell for 99 years, with a proviso that if in addition to the rent for one year the said John Cary pay the lessor £1800 on 1 June 1637, the said bargain and sale shall be void.
